Question:
When
your Constitutional Sheriff takes a stand to abide by his Oath to
Support and Defend the Constitution, there is a big question that is
being ignored. Specifically, who is he going to call for
help? Our forefathers would know the answer. Do you? Does your
Sheriff?
The
answer is a matter of "... finding of historical fact
and conclusion of supreme law, binding on everyone throughout the United
States" (Vieira, Constitutional Attorney). Moreover, it
involves the American Citizen and the U.S. Constitutions
specific declaration of being "Necessary to the security of a
free State". The Constitution treats this original
source of power as "perpetual in existence and permanent in
authority and character" (Vieira).

Northern California Sheriffs Form Coalition Against Tyranny
|
*Pursuant to Cal. Gov. Code Section 26602. "The sheriff shall
prevent and suppress any affrays, breaches of the peace, riots, and
insurrections that come to his or her knowledge, and investigate public
offenses which have been committed. The sheriff may execute all orders
of the local health officer issued for the purpose of preventing the
spread of any contagious or communicable disease."
Further, pursuant to Cal. Gov. Code Section 26604. "The sheriff
shall command the aid of as many inhabitants of the sheriff's county as
he or she thinks necessary in the execution of his or her duties."
Thus, if your Constitutional Sheriff called on you,
will you be prepared to do your duty?
