FAST program initiated due to continuing attacks on prior SER plan. 

As of 7/18/2026 there was yet another attack on the radio emergency program just prior to  midnight. Such was during a Cal Fire tone out for a reported fire in Shingletown (5000 square foot structure - which turned out to be a false alarm).   Silent Monitoring monitored Cal Fire radio traffic. 

It is sad that attempts to provide for general community safety are continually attacked by Evil.

Prior formats and resources may continue to be used, however, the Program objectives have been substantially scaled down and limited.
